A $300 budget will get you a proffesional grade camera, and you could bet your last bill in your wallet that this will be the best investment you'll have ever made.

As the second step rolls in, so does the fun. Time to use the your digital camera to take pixal-perfect shots. Decide for macro-shot or decide for regular shot. Watch the lighting. Some objects look better in natural lighting, some look better in artificial lighting. As a general rule plants and things of nature tend to look more appealing in natural lighting. Warm colors are captured most realisticly with the positive numbers (EV) and cool colores best with negative numbers. Higher light levels means smaller aparture or faster shutter speed. Toggle between aparture and shutter speed to find the perfect optimization point. Another note is to use the smallest picture size available before taking the shot. You will run into a hassle trying to resize the picture after you put it onto the computer. Remember that a pefect shot will result in a perfect sale!

The third step is depends mostly on what type of camera and features of your computer. For most digicams, just plug that thing straight into your computer with a USB cable. Click on My Computer on the Start menu. In My Computer, click on the drop down menu bar to find.... say if your camera is Sony Digital Camera.........find Sony Digital camera (whatever your camera is). From there click on the Sony Digital to retreive your precious photos of your products. Copy your image from your digicam to your computer. You can also use a scanner to send paper images on the internet. Now you're ready to rock!

Just access the Quantec Software Image upoader Page found here. Click on the button labeled "browse" and find the picture file you would like to upload, then press the large upload button. There, you are done, your image file of your merchandise has just been transfered electronically from your computer's system to your online store and our automated software will sort the products into the right slot.
