WORLD CUP BOARD GAME ATTRACTS HIGH STREET GIANTS

A client of Redwelly Media Ltd has had their first product bought by retail giant Marks and Spencer and can now see the game being sold in 50 of their larger stores.

Natchos Ltd, a Blackburn based gaming company, approached Redwelly Media to create a brand for their company and a prototype for their first board game, 'The Beautiful Game' - a football board game, designed to coincide with the launch of World Cup 2006.

Sam Fletcher, Managing Director of Redwelly said, 'This is a great testament to both Natchos and Redwelly. We worked closely with them throughout the projects and it's fantastic that our design attracted Marks and Spencer to Natchos and that the game is now on sale across the country."

The original creative ideas of the board and cards have been retained, but the actual box the game is presented in has been redesigned to be in line with the M&S brand.

Sam launched Redwelly Media in February 2005 and in only 16 months the company can claim Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Birmingham City Council, The Princes Trust and Sutton Coldfield College as clients. Sam said, "My background is publishing and when I started Redwelly, I wanted to create, design and manage publications for other companies. Incidentally, the brand has evolved. We now also generate creative ideas for a range of marketing collateral in both the public and private sector."
