Open Mind Servers is the next generation of Windows dedicated server providers. We started life offering shared and reseller hosting plans but quickly found our users demanded more flexibility, more resources and greater control not found on a shared server.
We therefore have taken the decision to launch our range of Windows dedicated servers to supplement and grow our user base and offer our clients those extra facilities that they demand and deserve.
The dedicated server marketplace is one of the most competitive and highly contested business arenas for hosting providers and we knew from day one we would have to provide something pretty special to capture a share of this huge market.
Our biggest priority was to ensure that our dedicated server customers got exactly the same level of unrivalled support and customer care as our shared server customers so we have ensured that our business infrastructure can handle the increased demand and support .
We don't just view support as a requirement we view it as a critical lifeline for our customers and we are fanatical about them.
